Some of our FAQ's

We are often asked questions about Firm Beliefs' services and how we work. Here are a few frequently asked questions and some of our answers. If you still have some questions for us, please contact us.

Q : How do I introduce Firm Beliefs to my organisation?

A :

There are 2 ways that we become involved in organisations:

Via our skills development programmes.  Those who have the power to appoint external skills developers need to know that they will get a return on their investment.  The best method of seeing that in advance is for them to see changes in people that they know or in by talking to people with whom we have worked.  Any investment in developing people will be a gamble for those who hold the purse strings.  So if you want us to be involved, then we can always find ways of helping you to approach it within your organisation.

Via our consulting projects.  Again, if organisations are investing in external consultants, it is important that they can almost 'feel' the difference in their organisation before they even begin to calculate the return on investment they need to justify the expendture.   So we always advocate one of our existing clients talking to potential new ones about what we did, how we did and how they gained from the consulting relationship.  And we always like to spend time with potential clients building a relationship before either you or we make a decision as to the effectiveness of that relationship.
